Once your payment clears, you will receive an email from the artist to confirm your order and to discuss any details if necessary.  All requests will be completed in the order they are received.  Processing time varies but please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for the artwork to be completed.

When the artwork is done it will be sealed and the item packaged and shipped.  An email confirmation will be sent upon shipment.
